Crab delight

On the same trip we also stumbled upon a personalized and fun ceramic store. When you first go in all you see is shelves of white ceramic. The selection is amazing. Going with my nautical nature, I zeroed in on a crab and when I looked up at the hubs he nodded his head yes. We grabbed the only two crabs on the shelf and turned to the owner to begin our very first ceramic lesson.

Melissa the owner was helpful, and you could tell she loves her work. The paint selection was outstanding and the way the shop is set up it was effortless easy to just sit and create. We were so excited that we forgot to take pictures of the before. It was such a good time we plan on calling ahead next time to ensure more crab napkin rings so that we can paint two more, and two more with each trip till we have all 12 seating for dining with a crab napkin ring.
When you go to the shop the owner also has an in house cat that is so funny, sort of like the class clown. The more you laugh with him the more he tries to make you laugh. The huge ceramic that really got my attention was a 6 foot alligator which I will have to photograph next on our spring trip.  One last tip don’t leave the store without going to check out the custom designs in the restroom!
